Appointment and Cancellation Policy
At Greenview Medical Centre, we strive to provide timely and quality care. To ensure efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following policy.
How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment
Please contact the practice directly via phone (+353 074 920 2070) or email (info@greenviewmedicalcentre.ie) as soon as possible.
General Practice and Health Screenings:
- Rescheduling / Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule.Appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled.
- Cancellation Fee (With Notice): A €30 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Any remaining amount will be refunded (this may take up to 5-10 working days).
- Cancellation / No-Show Fee (Without Notice): Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a late, missed, or no-show appointment, will incur the full charge for that appointment.
Gynaecology Services:
- Rescheduling / Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule. Appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled.
- Cancellation Fee (With Notice): A €100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice. Any remaining amount will be refunded (this may take up to 5-10 working days).
- Cancellation / No-Show Fee (Without Notice): Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or a late, missed, or no-show appointment, will incur the full charge for that appointment.
